A new definitive agreement has been finalized between BIOX with IMTT to secure the site and related infrastructure to construct a 100 million litre per annum nameplate production capacity facility within the IMTT terminal in Bayonne, New Jersey at New York Harbor.

The consumption of biodiesel in Canada will increase as the new agreement on biodiesel blends supply has been signed.

MSE Enviro-Tech Corp just announced a 2-year agreement with Wardlaw Fuels for the supply of biodiesel blends to the Transit Commission of the City Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario for its entire fleet of buses.
